The continuous electro-plating process of copper over Nickle plated Earthing Electrode results in a permanent molecular bond between the two materials And the Finished Product is known as COPPER BONDDED ELECTRODE
The technique is also known as Copper Electro plating there By creating a homogenous layer of copper over the base Metal, regardless of whether the product is a Wire, Grounding Rod or Earthing Electrode. The copper layer thickness is measured in unit of MICRONS.
